SERVICES & PRODUCTS

• We do not guarantee business growth, revenue improvement, profitability, funding approvals, or any specific outcome;

• You are fully responsible for your own results, well-being, and decisions.

Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial planning. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professionals where necessary.

FEES & BILLING

You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner. Products may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions. If subscribing:

• You authorize recurring billing until canceled in writing;

• You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle;

• All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to disable access to unpaid Products or revoke Services for failed or disputed payments.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You agree to their terms and privacy policies. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

CUSTOMER RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Us and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
