He’s also the founder of Business Freedom Forum™ and author of Balancing Act.

Jenn Oney

Tax Strategist & Accounting Architect

Jenn leads tax strategy and financial system design across the CSI program. With deep experience in accounting, entity structure, and compliance, she helps business owners reduce tax liability and install sustainable financial operations—starting with a forensic review of their current books.

Jeff Jacob

Financial Modeler & Diagnostic Strategist

Jeff leads our Business Health Diagnostic (BHD) process and builds the financial architecture that unlocks scale. He helps clients improve profitability, model future growth, and prepare for transition or exit with clean, investor-ready financials.

Caleb Christenson

Lead Engine Architect

Caleb is the funnel strategist and performance marketing lead at BFA. He designs and builds the lead generation systems that power our client acquisition—both for BFA and for clients inside the CSI program. From paid ads to automation flows, Caleb makes sure your message finds the right market.
